Health Information and Requirements

MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

We take pride in doing everything the right way at Coach O's Soccer Camp. We don't cut corners, reduce days/times, or skirt around things to make it more convenient to run camp without meeting requirements. We want it to be a great camp, and we meet all the requirements while doing so! Below are some important notices about the requirements we must meet and to make sure you understand how we handle certain situations.

This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105 CMR 430.000) & be licensed by the Local Board of Health for each town the camp is located within. Information on 105 CMR 430.000 can be obtained by calling the MDPH at 978-318-3275.

Health Notice

According to the Massachusetts Department of Health this camp is required to provide information for parents on health issues related to attending camps. By adhering closely to the rules set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Health and being certified by the respective Town Health Departments, Coach O’s Soccer Teams will do everything in our power to help prevent any of these issues from actually becoming a concern for your child. However, we also invite you to check out the websites and educate yourself on each item. If you have any questions in relation to the camp and/or its health policies please contact Jimmy Odierna the camp director (information can be found at http://www.coachosoccerteams.com/welcome/boh).
