Solomon Schechter Day School Turf Field, Valeo Indoor Center (Newton, MA) and the Rashi School (Dedham, MA) are confirmed.
We are very excited to continue our highly recommended coed camp for children ages 5 through 13 (entering grades K-8 in Fall 2025). This is a fun-filled camp for players of all ages and abilities! Although we are a soccer specific camp, this camp is designed to be fun regardless of talent or ability. Players engage in drills intended to improve skills, creative games for team building, and small sided matches to improve tactics.
Two years ago with the addition of field space at Mt. Ida we were able to increase our capacity. Last year Mt. Ida wasn't available for one of our weeks and we brought the Rashi School online as a secondary location for one of the weeks. This year we will be utilizing the Rashi School for both weeks to maintain our recent capacity.
As always, families can opt to do a full day or a half day (ending around Noon) no matter their age. AM half days are usually a better option for our K-1 kiddos - but we are able to accept for full days for those kids ready for it! Morning half days are available for the older kids too, although most kids are asking to stay for full days by the end of the week!
We are happy to have the luxury of the indoor soccer facilities in Newton and gym space at Rashi in the event of extreme inclement weather or to beat the heat.
We have been sold out every year the last 8 years, including in 2020 when we safely ran camp amid the pandemic following all safety guidelines. The second location allows to essentially run two smaller more personalized camps within our one system, allowing a larger capacity without losing what makes out camp so great - attention to care and detail! Half Day from 8:15AM - 11:45PM - $255
Grades 5-8 at Valeo/Solomon Schechter

Half Day from 8:30AM - Noon - $255
The break down usually comes out to grades K-3 at the Rashi School and grades 5-8 at Valeo with 4th graders in flux in terms of location based on enrollment for each particular week. We will finalize which ages are at each location in late Spring once the majority of enrollment has been completed. For 2025 - TBD in April
Enrollment will be limited to 260 campers for each week: 170 at Valeo/Solomon Schechter and 90 at the Rashi School.

Please note that Solomon Schechter Day School has two locations in Newton, MA. Our camp takes place at the upper school on Wells Avenue in Newton. They have a beautiful outdoor turf field plus access to an indoor turf field and hard surface court. We have been holding camps here since 1999 when John Kerr first started KerrCamp.
Address: Solomon Schechter Upper School is located at 125 Wells Ave in Newton, next to Valeo Indoor Soccer Center.
Rashi has a beautiful grass field complex and access to proper indoor locations that will provide safe haven during inclement weather. It is located 10 minutes away from our Schechter/Valeo location. Start times are staggered to support families who will need to drop off and pick up at both locations.
Address: Rashi School is located at 8000 Great Meadow Road in Dedham. It is part of a private community network so please drive carefully in the neighborhood.
