Basic Daily Schedule:
(for camps with an 8:15 AM start, shift all times up by 15 minutes)
Full Day — 8:30AM - 3:15 PM
Half Day — 8:30AM - Noon
8:15 - 8:30 — Drop Off and Check-in
8:35 - 9:05 — Full Group Warm-up and Games
9:05 - Noon — Small group technical trainings and small sided games with a 20 minute snack break and rest at 10:15ish
Noon - 12:30 — Lunch (Half Day leaves at the start of lunch)
12:30 - 12:45 — Juggling, Demos, and Stationary activities
12:45 - 3 — Tournaments, Large-sided games, Soccer Tennis, and Camper/Counselor Games
3 - 3:15 — Clean-Up and Organizing
3:15 - 3:35 — Pick up and Check-Out
What to bring
(be sure your name is on everything!)
a soccer ball
cleats, shin guards, and flats (sneakers of indoor shoes)
a mask just in case (pack extras!)
sneakers or indoor shoes in case we go inside (bring these EVERYDAY)
cold water/gatorade (one very BIG jug or several small jugs) - note most people do not bring enough fluids!***
sunscreen
rain gear
snacks
lunch
and a good attitude!
*Don’t forget to dress appropriately to play!
*Do not bring any valuables to camp!
***Make sure to pack lots of fluids, especially on those really hot summer days! It is better to have brought too much to drink and be taking some back home than to be dehydrated and need to sit out.
